App not working……again! Plugging in my email and password and it’s telling me it’s incorrect yet on the website I’m able to get in using the same info I plugged in the app. If it’s always gonna be a problem with this app just get rid of it!StringBean1983

It’s a pain!
Been trying to log in my account for weeks now and keep getting the same error message basically saying there’s no user with that email,yet I received my bill notifications to said email. One agent said it because my payment is late😤 are you kidding me another told me I can only use a gmail 😤😤 this is ridiculousShow lessKGHCC
Regression
Whoever managed the process for the upgrade and release of the new customer portal and this app did a extremely poor job.
When I log on none of my accounts are available and the process to add them keeps failing.
The previous version functioned with no issues.TailLessJr

Whoever is responsible for creating or updating this app needs to be fired. Go back to the drawing board and give us an app that works. There is no option to switch between accounts, some accounts have been deleted, and payments applied to the wrong accounts.Yall Aintready
