Flow app payment
I will think about going auto pay for the future. I only question is how easy is it to turn off auto pay or is it several steps or can you just do it from this flow app?

The current version released in December 7th crashes every single time after I log into it. This needs to be fixed now

Setting up payment arrangement was manageable with some ease. I made mistakes entering my credit card information and the system allowed me to reenter without any challenges
Good
after your enter your card details and select ‘Pay’ the screen goes blank while it waits to take you to the payment processing platform. Consider adding a message to the screen to let us know our payment is being processed. Something like “please wait while we process your payment “. The blank screen is unnerving and caused me to exit and redo multiple times only to discover that some of the payments went through. I ended up with a credit on my account.

Intuitive design; really like the multiple ways to link accounts.
Easy to use
Payment is really easy and efficient with this app, much better than the old version. The app is also easy to navigate and logically laid out for the most part.
I do wish that auto-pay would allow you to send payment before the final due date though. I get several reminders and it waits until the very last minute, so if anything goes wrong, or it’s a bank holiday, or it’s slow to process then you’d be late paying. Being able to select sending payment on the day of billing or 5 days before due date or something like that would be good.

VERY USER FRIENDLY
Makes paying bills and checking your history easy! I have not seen inside of any flow store in quite a while because of how useful this app is.
