Of all the apps on my phone, this one is one of my favest! It's intuitive, reliable, and lives in my phone's "happy stuff" folder. Love being able to use when I'm not on a computer, everything that should be there is! 5 stars!Sammy Trigger
Skeptical at first
When I joined our organization six months ago I found they did this Motivosity thing and decided to check it out. I was skeptical at first and thought “Really? People actually say thank you for things and send a buck or two? Sounds corny and gimmicky.”
I’ve never worked at an organization that had a institution wide mechanism to express gratitude. I believe that having this mechanism has helped me to look for the good that others are doing and praise their efforts more often then I would have. I don’t send thanks or praise unless I mean it, but I am definitely more conscious of the efforts of others. And yes, if I’m honest, I enjoy hearing about a contribution that I may have made and even getting a nice coffee once and a while with my Motivosity bucks.
Little things add up and I think this service helps to set a more upbeat tone in our organization.Show lessJB MN US

This app makes it so easy to thank my co-workers on the go! I love that I can show my appreciation in such an easy and meaningful way.
A quick glance at the home page let’s me see all of the great things happening inside our company. I can congratulate team members for work accomplishments, and also learn more about them personally too.

The Motivosity app makes it even more convenient to thank my co-workers on the go! I love that I can easily look up team members to learn more about them, and scroll the home page to keep up on all the great things happening at our company.

An alert you LOVE to see
In a world where you are bombarded by alerts. These are ones that are actually really exciting to get. I use Motivosity at work and it's a great tool! What's even better is getting an alert on my phone after hours or when I'm on the road. It is so exciting to get one of these messages. Culture changer in my pocket
As a leader of an organization, it’s been easy to see the value of Motivosity and how it impacts our culture and retention rate…. But now with the app it’s easier than ever to be more active in Motivosity. I will often share voice to text appreciations (though I try to check for grammatical errors before submitting) On my way home from work. This ensures I appreciate my team and is a nice way for me to end my day. Personally, as a leader, this has been a game changer, since I always don’t have time to login during the day. I love the updates!
Several years ago the app used to be pretty bad. But now it is getting regular updates and the new UI is amazing. I have nothing but good things to say about this app. It is such a cool thing to be able to look at all of the fun stuff going on at work that is not task related. So cool!erikyorgason
