No option to use Bluetooth
Why on earth would this app not allow you to use Bluetooth....
Calls
Won’t allow me to answer calls or the call will drop. It will not connect
Have to get approved every two weeks
I have this app and I like it but every two weeks or so I have to get approved and sometimes it doesn’t approve me, it’s very frustrating because they don’t even give you a reason like I’m approved for in person visits but the at home visits I have to just keep checking to see if I’m approved all the time

Doesn’t work
I created an account, added my boyfriend and put money on the account and he is not able to see me in his contact list! I called the 800# and they weren’t any help. It’s been over a week and still haven’t been able to visit with my boyfriend.
Since update can’t login
The newest update will not allow me to log into the app. I can press register, and forgot password. But after i am able to type (VERY SLOWLY now) my username and password i am not able to press login. What am i supposed to do

how can I get the app to work bcuz I have downloaded it but it keeps saying download app and I have no idea what I need to do for it to work so I can have my visit with my wife today someone please help me

I like the app but it constantly crashes and it’s getting very frustrating
