Good but not for every country

Hi,
Good VPN, but doesn’t have a server in Canada, so couldn’t do streaming from outside the country.
It is also very expensive.
Looking forward to changes and improvements in those areas.

Not sure what’s going on

I downloaded the app awhile ago and when I seen it wasn’t free I deleted it again. Now I’m looking at it again and there’s a review for the app that I didn’t leave but my username is on it. Something sketchy happening here.

Why I couldn’t retire it?

Hello Dev, I am an old user of this app probably back to July 2017, at that time it doesn’t have its vpn feature yet, and no subscription fees, it was the best one of few online privacy apps that I trusted. I really really enjoyed it, but since I changed a new phone, as I downloaded and pressed restore, nothing happened. Now I can’t even use it? Come on Dev, why? I am a bit disappointed, hope you can fix my issue

Ok app but you have to pay a subscription just to use the browser and as soon as I started the free trail, it charged me anyway.

Anti tracking but they track you

I just downloaded the app and the very first screen you get is a subscription screen. For starters, it’s $9.99 a WEEK! $520 a year to use their services, WHAT?! A VPN and Tor on a PC is less than $50 a year, and that’s for pure animosity! Why would I pay $480 more a year to be tracked by the very company claiming to help us not be tracked?
That’s just the start of my issue with this app. The second complaint comes down to the fact that you have to subscribe through Apple ITunes. This poses a massive issue with me about security. The entire purpose of Tor is to be anonymous, which isn’t possible if you are being tracked by Apple. As well as Apple tracking you now, you also have their hosting service tracking you.
For an anti-tracking type of business, this doesn’t seem right. You have to sign up to be tracked by multiple companies in order to not be tracked? One of those companies being APPLE?! I’ll pass, and I recommend anyone who actually cares about privacy to delete this app too. They are NO more secure than Firefox, chrome, or explorer.

I’ve been getting billed for a subscription I didn’t authorize

Wish I rate it zero stars I’ve been getting billed for this app and had no idea, I downloaded the app used it for ten mins then deleted it little did I know it signed me up for a subscription and have been billing me. Shady business tactics. I for sure want a refund. You guys can either give it to me or I will call my cc provided let them know what’s going on and get the charges reversed and hopefully this app will be black listed by the cc provided. Don’t wanna go there but I will if I have too.

Forced use of a trial

I am forced to use the 'Free Trial' which makes it feel like less of a complimentary gift and more of a forced experience in order to persuade you to continue the trial in the circumstance you actually remember about the subscription and don't cancel it, only for it to bill you monthly which is the idea behind forcing you to begin the trial. In my personal opinion, it's scummy and disingenuous to instead earn money off hard work solely but to also rely on people forgetting the monthly bill which some consider borderline thievery. It also limits accessibility for those who wish not to add a payment method to prevent accidental charges from in-app purchases or people concerns of privacy. Ironic that an app that, at least on the surface, is seemingly for the protection of confidential information and security has you to add a payment method to your Apple ID as a secondary effect if there isn't one prior.
