No Customer App For Payments
This has been an ongoing complaint according to your reviews. Your responses have been the customer app is coming “Q3 2021”. It’s now July 2022 and no app for customers to pay. I agree with other reviews that you make it difficult for customers to pay. You send statements 2 weeks before the due date then make it difficult for us to pay easily and on time. You are way behind your competitors. The dealer chose your company. I wasn’t given a choice. Very disappointed in your customer service & hope after this commitment is done, I don’t have to deal with your company again.Show lessNo Customer App

One must believe that you intentionally make it difficult for the customer to make payments on their loan. Do not use this company to finance a loan. Dealers, you’re doing your customers a disservice by using Service FinanceHate SVC Finance
