Received letter saying account was past due. Called and asked what was going on. We had not received a statement yet. They said there is nothing they can do. Don’t have e-statements either. This company is out to hurt people credit. RUN.1654gjj?

Service Finance does have electronic statement billing available to the account holder. Billing statements are mailed monthly to each active account holder. If the account holder contacts our customer care center (561.571.3818), an agent will gladly assist with setting up the account.Can’t use

Can’t log on to the app with my established account. Payments cannot be made they the app ( verified by customer service).

The account holder is using an application that is designed for a Dealer. SFC is currently in development of a customer application. The anticipated launch is Q3 2021.Make a customer app to make payments.
Please make a customer app as well so we can make payments on an app and not have to go online. Or add an option at the start when you open the app to choose if you are a dealer or customer. Then you can have one big app..!,!?.
