Circular app does not get you to where you want to go.
I signed up a new account for their Loveland CO location in Nov 2021 before their location was open. I set up an account on line. I then downloaded the app and tried to enter my account number after the location opened. It can not be done. The app doesn’t recognize my name or password to enter the account number. Totally frustrating it goes around in circles to the point that I will not use this useless app. I will use the card given to me at the location to sign in.Show lessConveyor guy
Wasted Potential
Once you add your barcode to your wallet, this app is ultimately useless. It's incredible how much wasted potential go into these huge gym chains.
An incredibly simple suggestion: Actually integrate your facilities with the app. If the Steamroom or Sauna is down for maintenance, I should be able to pull out my phone and see that it's under repair. Literally all it would take is one single worker hitting a button on tablet at the location. There are countless freelance software engineers that could add this to your app with ease. It would be fantastic to not have to drive all the way to the gym just to not be able to use the service I'm going there to use.Show lessMychal97

As a member since the dark ages when Bally’s was taken over by LA fitness I have been in the market for finding the perfect gym. ChuzeFitness is that gym, as much as I miss Bally’s and their indoor track;Chuze fitness reigns supreme as the great successor to the old gyms. With exceptional customer service, clean environment(especially during covid) the staff literally keep the place shiny. This app is excellent at keeping track of your workouts, scheduling classes and checking in. It works flawlessly and syncs wel with my fit bit.Show lessCorvo01
Content keeps me engaged but design could be better.
Pros: The interactivity of the app with goal setting, challenges, rewards, and class sign-up notifications definitely keep me engaged in the app. I check at least daily for classes for the day, which rewards I qualify for, and how much progress I’m making towards the challenges/goals I’m working on.
Cons: During initial set-up, it was frustrating to need to set up different login information for every single access point (app itself, class sign-up, rewards, iChuze, and Team Training all required new login setup). It’d be a much better user experience if all units could use the same login info rather than making separate credentials for each access point. Other than that the only improvement I’d like to see would be a link to the cinema schedule in the app. Currently the only place to view that is through the website.Show lessEmilyTalley92
Convenient
I’ve been using this app for a little over a month and so far I really really like it it’s very convenient it has all the information you need you can book classes you can cancel you can add a reminder so many convenient things I recommend it to everyone!LoveHotPinkk
Worst app ever
So confusing and difficult to navigate. Just delete the app and start over or delete it for good and have people go into the location because the app over complicated something that should be fairly simple. If I registered on the website it should be recognized on the app as well. I should not he asked to make multiple profiles under all the same information, this is ridiculous.Show lessRAINELLAAAAA
Doesn’t even link to HRM supplied by Chuze
I find it frustrating that the Chuze app does not communicate or register work outs from the Accurofit app. The Accurofit app is the app that controls the heart rate monitors sold my Chuze for their team training class. So when I set a workout goal on the app, it never registers that I have worked out. I can only manually enter it, and that seems redundant. So this makes a lot of the Chuze app useless. Surprised
Surprisingly great app. Really love the fact you can keep track of your work outs with it along with a reward program. Gym is a great price with a really cool app to go along with it. Can’t wait to play with it some morethemrd81
Works Great but....
Happy to see apple wallet integration. I think there is a bug that even after changing your number it doesn’t reflect on the barcode/QR. It will still scan but my old phone number still shows underneath despite changing it months ago on the app.Patrick352
Super place, super staff
I hardly ever do reviews, only if I am extremely pleased or displeased. And I am very pleased with the Westminster CO CHUZEFITNESS Club. In Particular, we have been greeted every time we enter the club and a special thank you to Chaz for remembering our names and consistently offering us assistance if we need it. The facility is exceptionally clean and well run. Equipment is in good working order and the pool area also clean and well managed. I am a senior citizen and have been treated with respect in this facility. Not true in other places I have been. Thank you CHUZEFITNESS staff for allowing us elders to feel welcome.
