  • Great service

    I been using Ulink for years now …I don’t have any issues at this moment and I can send money to afore in Mexico that’s a plus. I was using others apps …like Xoom that can more expense and with Ulink the exchange rate is a litle more and the service fee can be free when you sending to Mexico to banorte.

  • Worst App

    One of the worst app, I have ever experienced. Many part of the app functionality doesn’t work. I don’t know why they have this useless app. I couldn’t even add my personal details. First I entered all details via browser, it asked for my details, email id, password etc., then while accepting terms, it asked to use the app, but then I need to repeat the whole process again. The app looks like a scam app. It asked for my address and after entering it it is allowing to continue to the next step

  • Ladrones, thieves, scammers, fraud

    This company is a fraud, I do not recommend sending money, they take the money from you and then they do not want to return it to you, they make thousands of excuses and, apart from that, they ask you for a lot of information, nor do the police ask you for that much and the customer service is terrible, do not spend your money Money and apart from that, the shipment arrives very late. Bad application. I prefer Remitly. That never happens to me with them. They are also very kind when it comes to responding, and they give you a solution.

  • My account was suspended after my first transaction

    At first it seem to be a great app, but my account was suspended after my first transaction, there was no previous notice. I was trying to login next day to see if the transaction was finalize, with the surprise that my account was suspended. I email the customer support and call different times with absolutely no response when I ask what was the reason for suspending my account. All 3 different persons that I spoke with told me I was not qualified to receive Ulink’s service even though I only made one transaction that was no finalized. I am still confused about it with no response from Ulink. Really bad experience.

    Today’s Best transfer rate out of several money transfer applications! Great and expedite service!
  • Terrible

    Everything was great at first but then my friend on the other end couldn’t receive it, then I try to get a refund and they first make you go to there website so you can’t get the refund there, then after I put down I have a complaint I couldn’t get back on the app. Also very expensive fee

  • TRANSFER WAS NEVER DONE, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

    I transfered money from USA to Mexico and the money was taken from my account , it’s been a week and I haven’t received it. Got an email to confirm the transaction asking me to call customer service, they responded and left me on hold for 6 min. Now I got an email that my transaction was cancelled and my account suspended. I waited 4 min to get someone from customer service to answer, after 10 min they told me it was cancelled because I never contacted them to confirm the transaction and that my money will be in my account after 5 days.

  • Absolute disappointment

    I have been waiting for a refund for almost a month and they are calls and emails thousands of times no one gives me an answer only that my refund will be processed and so they have me since May 20, I have already sent a statement, letter from the bank, message from themselves where they cancel the transaction for no reason and extract the cash from my account !!! I think this app steals your money, how sad 😢

  • waste of time

    I sent money once to mexico everything went smooth the second time they had a promo i sent money again now they asked for id bank statement income proof sent everything waited 3 days for them to tell me that my account was locked/closed and my transaction canceled if you want to wait 3 4 days for them to have your money then return it to you with no explanation go ahead waste your time
