  • Awesome rate and no fees

    Been using ulink for years now. And they have the best rate than others. I have been sending money to Philippines and during pandemic there’s no fees. Thanks ULINK. DarsK12
  • ALERT FRAUD, FRAUD!!!!

    Please dont use this company, they are having solvency issues, I did a transfer more than two weeks ago, they never transfer the money, I cancelled the transaction for some reason they took my money, I got an email that my money will be in my account up to 7 bussiness days. The time is up and the money is not in my account. I called them 7 times and they keep telling me the money will be in your account by tomorrow. Please save your money. DON’T USE THIS COMPANY.

  • Lots of questions!

    This site is either lacking in security technology or they like to make inappropriate requests of their customers. I was asked to provide bank statements, picture of my driver’s license (front & back), take a picture of myself with the drivers license next to my face... ridiculous! My money was being taken from my debit card. I’ve used other platforms like Ria and not had any problems! This process with ULink has taken several hours and they make you jump through hoops. Not worth the hassle!

  • Worst money transfer service

    I have submitted all the requirements they requested 4-5 days ago n they have not even responded. Then I went on chat several times n they don’t respond for more than an hour. When they respond I am not looking at the chat screen. They play tricks. I am sure everyone will have the same problem. Check it out. They need to be more transparent

  • Works well

    Funds arrive on time and they do their due diligence to keep transfers secure. The exchange rate is also competitive. I wish they did dollar-to-dollar. Or am I missing something?

  • Multiple options!

    I use this app to send money not only to Mexico but also to Philippines since I have family there. I pay utilities and other services from my app and is very convenient. Some restrictions in security depending on the amount but I get the best exchange rate in the market. 100% recommended

  • Physhing site.

    I wanted to send money to my daughter in the Philippines urgently. They took the money from my account and the receipt said it would take three days. I emailed them asking why it was going to take so long as I has paid for express delivery, they then said in reply:
    In order to proceed with your transaction, and avoid any delays in the payment date, it is necessary to contact you by phone, and that the following documentation is shared:

    ID Picture- Image of both sides of the ID. (Not scanned nor copy)
    Screen shot of your Online banking account, where your name and the transaction created with us is visible.
    Most Recent bank statement from your payment method on PDF file.
    Selfie picture: holding your ID.
    Proof of income. (Last 2 pay stubs).

    This is through a MEXICAN Bank, USE THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK.
