  • very bad service

    I have been trying to send money to my family. I have been waiting for 2 days for the transaction to be released on my part, I sent the requirements, which were a photo ID and a bank statement. Afterwards, I was waiting for my shipment to be released, I spoke to 3 different people on the phone and nothing was still going on, in the end they cancelled my shipment, now I have to wait for my refund, I do not recommend ulink.

  • Terrible

    Have called customer service multiple times since my transaction keep getting cancelled. I’ve called them multiple times to see if there is an issue with the verification I sent and they tell me everything is looking okay. Then out of nowhere they cancel the transaction and say the verification sent was wrong. This has happened multiple times. Customer service has been no help and when I want to talk to a supervisor they put me on hold or never get back.

  • The easiest way to send money..

    I love how easy is to send money. The first time takes a few seconds longer, but after that it’s the easiest way to send money.

    I was dealing with a customer service representative and I simply asked if it works in Alaska which is a state and they said that it doesn’t work outside of the United States. Then I’m like Alaska is a state. So then the customer service representative said it doesn’t work in Alaska so which one is it? It works in the United States or no?

    The only thing is that you have to wait longer for the recipient to get the money! Otherwise it’s awesome! Good rates compare to others

  • Amazing rates!

    Great app for sending, I’ve pretty much ditched ripoffmitly; If it wasn’t for Mexico’s President AMLO I wouldn’t have known about this hidden secret, props to the Mexican government in keeping us informed of the apps that vouch for the consumer!

  • One of the worst!

    This app is just one of the worst! Although the rate is relatively okay, but the app itself is just bad! It always lags, and logging in is always an issue! I pretty much have to keep on uninstalling and reinstalling it over and over again. On top of that, most of the customer service agents are rude and aren’t helpful most of the time. I hate this app.

  • BAD SERVICE

    I have two-fourweeks trying to send money to my family, my first transacction they canceled it because ON my part I didn’t send the requirments that were Photo Id and bank statment. Then was waiting for my refund that took two weeks 😡 During that time I SENT MONEY again which I did indeed did send requirments and today I got an email that my transacion was cancelled didn’t say why so I called and they said they sent me an email saying that I had to CALL THEM to answer a few questions but keep in mind my first transaction they never told me anything like that and I checked all my emails and spam NOTHING LIKE THAT WAS EVER SAID now i have to wait like A WHOLE nother TWO weeks to get my refund back😡🙄🙄👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
