Great app, suggestions
A few things to note:
On mortgage types the payment can potentially constitute of two parts a) the EMI (principal + interest) b) Escrow amount (money for taxes etc). I have to unnecessarily inflate the interest rate to match the end date because my payment amount is not just EMI.
Also, it would be nice to have a custom view of just selected categories. I might want to view just all bank accounts/or just all revolving accounts/or just all loans/ or just combination of the above few.

Thank you, yes we need to add escrow support for the mortgage payments and it is on our radar 😉 In regard to being able to see only certain accounts or categories, you can always utilize the Filter feature in the Combined view, did you try that?More than just a check register
This app has gotten through some VERY close calls
To be able to project 30 days -1 - 3 years and able to make adjustments to moneys in and most importantly money out BEFORE a disaster happens
All I can say is THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU I have referred this app to more people than can count on both hands
And all have love it once they got familiar with it
Simple and to the point with a clear outcome of what I have ahead of me

It’s the only one of its kind, combining CF forecasting ability, accuracy and simplicity of use. I don’t know what I would do without it. My one unfulfilled wish with regard to improvements is that it provide a field for notes in each entry, and that it provide a means for calculating subtotals for average monthly outflows. I love this app, I’ve been using it for a couple years now and it’s so much better than trying to budget the old fashioned way. My only fear is if this app stops working or stops being supported, I don’t know what I’d do.
My one and only gripe, and the reason I docked a star, is that it is extremely slow. I have an iPhone 13 Pro Max so I highly doubt it’s my device. Every time you do anything in the app a spinning icon pops up and it takes a good 5-10 seconds between being able to do anything.Show lessDr Z Slifkin

Please ensure you are not in the Combined category, only individual categories can have the balance changed. You can always contact us directly via UserVoice (see Settings) in the app if you run into issues.My data disappeared

Apologies, unfortunately by the time we got back to your chat you were already gone, which was our fault. Are you certain you were not just in a different account by accident? There have been no major changes to the app recently. However, there are two main layouts - the graph screen that you get introduced to during the initial tutorial and the account screen where all the schedules/plans are listed. It looks like you were able to pick the Archive where any entries that you have put in and that have since come to pass would show up under the default (Personal) account. You should also see all the future forecasts and the forward looking graph initiated by the schedules you put in during the tutorial… feel free to reach out, ideally via the UserVoice link in the app which will create a ticket on our end that we can respond to.Good but needs loan support
I’ve begun using this a bit more heavily and it’s got some good features. It’s not intuitive and does take a bit of figuring out. There are a few bugs such as when editing a series of transactions, the new date for a regular expense/payment won’t refresh. My current issue is that I have a loan payment schedule set up but I can’t add extra payments to the account. I can get around it but for forecasting, that’s a bit of an obvious omission. I’ll continue to play as it’s useful but a few tweaks would make it great.

Update! Just released v1.9.65 and it has now the ability to change individual loan payments and automatically recalculates all future principal and interest payments on the loan side! Original response: Thanks for the feedback, we are aware of the loan mishap. I just downloaded this and on both my Mac Mini and my iPhone, this app crashes immediately. I just see the front page of the app for a millisecond and it goes away.hondagirl02
