Does not support Help Scout apps

Frustrating because adding apps is a paid feature of Help Scout and we can’t use them on mobile!

Hey SupaPuerco, thanks for the review. You're right in noting we don't have access to any of our integrations, whether paid or included as part of your plan at this time. We are tracking requests for this, but we'd love to hear more about which apps you'd be most interested in using, and how they'll fit into your workflow. If you can drop us an email to the support page that would be great!

Notes crash

The notes crash if you use and emoji and I couldn’t send any tech notes through the app cause it won’t let you send feedback.

Flower Shop finds the perfect App

Helpscout has been a crucial part of our company's growth. The Internal notes on emails alone has aided our team on professionalism and communication. The internal notes allows us to utilize one email address, and respond to customers with in 24 hrs and keep communication clear for our clients. They have all the basics and then a ton of additional capabilities- the saved replies is another favorite, as a busy flower shop with a large online shop I can't tell you the amount of emails we receive and having that option saves so much time for the team. The app is modern and user friendly. The support is also incredible.

It seems to get worse with every update

I hate writing bad reviews but the app experience for helpscout is just appalling.
If I wasn’t so busy it would make me switch to another product.

Thank you for your feedback, and sorry for the trouble. We're looking to build a mobile app designed for users who need access to conversations while untethered from their laptop. We aren't looking to bring every feature to the mobile app — such as the Workflow builder, or the areas related to Help Scout account management — but we're working hard at bringing a valuable conversation first experience for our users. We'll continue building and enhancing our app with the hopes of improving your experience in our future releases.

Recent update

No longer works. Crashes on startup.

No manual workflows in app

It would be nice to have the option of triggering manual workflows through the app. Also still waiting on a snooze feature (like intercom has) for several years now, on any HS platform this would be useful. It’s been “in the works” since at least 2015. Feels strange it would take that long for such a highly requested feature.

Hey Stiles, Shaun here from the Mobile team. I hope you're well! The manual workflow triggering is something we're tracking but not actively working on. Previously we were looking at exploring snooze, but our resources shifted to other work instead such as the redesigned Profile section. You'll be happy to know that discovery work on this is definitely on our near-future roadmap and I can keep you in the loop when that happens. Get in touch if you've any other questions for now!

Such a time saver!

I’m not quite sure why this app would get less than 5 stars. I’m a customer support specialist and I use this app every day! Working remote, it’s so convenient in my daily workflow, to either save time in the morning by reviewing quickly our tickets and tagging them/adding notes/send quick answers and begin the day stress-free.
So maybe my workflow fits perfectly with HS app, as I then work on desktop throughout the day, but it definitely helps when outside office hours to answer quick and not leave our customers hanging!

Mobile app needs help

I’ve submitted several support requests to fix issues w this app and nobody responds. Seems like a forgotten component. I work mobile and need this app to be as functional as the website. It doesn’t show number of open tickets in Inbox from Home Screen for your accounts. Also seems that it doesn’t default to MINE tickets but instead Unassigned. Can’t change this and app doesn’t save your preference. Website great but this mobile app needs a face lift.

Customer Service Unreachable

I’ve been a HelpScout user since 2013. My business inbox has been unable to receive emails for the past three days (!!!!) and yet we can not for the life of us get ahold of any one at HelpScout to address the problem. There’s no phone number and no one responses to our live chat requests. Totally unacceptable for a company built to providing a tool for CRM!!!

It’s very barebones

It works when handling basic customer interactions. It would be nice to be able to switch between multiple accounts as I use HelpScout for more than one company.

We're continuing to ad new features and make improvements to existing functionality with each passing quarter, and would love to hear more about which features (aside from multi-logins) mean most to you. We're tracking requests for that feature, but it's not something we're currently working on.
