ABA requires customers to post their private bank information on facebook messenger. The entire business of facebook is the selling of your personal information. I wouldn’t trust any bank that is this careless about their customer’s information.
Upon receiving your report is clear that ABA has no clue what Facebook is. Facebook’s entire business model is the collection of data on people and then the selling of that information. Why on earth would a legitimate bank handle their customer service though such a horrible method.
