The app conveniently doesn’t work when there’s free items
Every time there’s a special coupon and freebies the app won’t load or kick you out I won’t let you sign back in. It’s the same for Lucky and FoodMaxx. It’s not right because you get to the grocery store and they won’t honor it. Then as I’m trying to write a review is asking for a nickname and everything I choose even made up stuff is taken so I can’t move forward with this bad rating.

App says email invalid; no tech support #
I had major problems just logging in. Lucky’s doesn’t offer technical support phone # for me/us to ask questions. I entered my email address dozens of times. App rejected it and said email address is invalid. Then continually I can’t even create an account. I can’t take advantage of the digital coupons. Safeway app is better

Poor performance & missing features
The app has some stuttering performance on an iPhone 15 pro max. The rewards screen barely scrolls, the action is so jagged and rough.
Speaking of the rewards screen, this is yet another app that isn’t taking advantage of apple wallet passes. I hate having to use an app at checkout, sign in (because of course I’m signed out mysteriously when I actually need to use the app), fumble though to find the rewards screen and then present it for scanning.
It is just so much easier to use the Wallet app, my membership card and payment cards are right there without any hassle.

How to Loose a Customer
Really! Learned of “digital couponing” while in the store and spent no less than 30 minutes establishing an account. Although the clerk at the register had the app, she was unable to determine why my account wouldn’t activate. . . Issues with in-store connectivity? The account was finally established. The clerk put in my phone number. Yeah, it was there and so was the discount BUT, the coupon wasn’t shown as “clipped”. Seriously! With all the hassle, I asked the clerk if I could just get the discount. Answer. . . no. I’ll be taking a break from Lucky’s. To go into the store and see discounts I may or may not be able to take advantage of when I check out is not a discount, it’s a freakin’ headache. I’d rather pay full price elsewhere.

This Lucky app has been the worst Forever!
Don’t bother trying to use this app for downloading the sales items or for making a list. It has so many malfunctions that it’s essentially unusable! I have been avoiding this store and shopping at the other reputable stores instead. The employees don’t seem to have any understanding of how it works and frankly couldn’t care less either. They must have imbeciles attempting to run this worst app ever!

Ridiculous app for shopping list
The app lets you make shopping list from the weekly ads, great! but you won’t get any sale price unless you go to the coupon section of the app to find those items to “clip” -so you need to make a a shopping list and a coupon list separately?
So time consuming, might as well bring the physical ad and clip the paper coupons.

Lucky app is an EPIC FAILURE!
I’ve been struggling with this app for months! It doesn’t allow you to add more than one item to your list and you can’t get back out of it. You often can’t see your own list and it’s extremely unpredictable about it’s functionality at any given time. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall and it’s actually worse yet now!
They tell you to click on item yet it doesn’t even function well enough to make a list and allow you to see it. The store I try to use has no wifi and even the cellular signal is so bad. Forget about trying to look at the app inside the store.
This Lucky app is beyond frustrating and is simply an EPIC FAILURE! Whoever is responsible for the maintenance and functionality of it clearly has absolutely no experience in this field. I even TRY to add items to the list like some produce but the list shows you clicked another item link some lousy cookies I have no intention of buying.
Lately I just shop elsewhere because I don’t have the patience to waste literally hours on trying to make a list.

Love new app
The app is easy to use and saves money. No more paper coupons or receipts I have to keep track of.
I like this app, but it need updates.
I often use this app and it's really very useful, so I give it 5 stars, but it seems to me that it's time to update the visual design of this application.
Not ready for prime time
This app is worse than the original one. It’s really useless - can’t access digital coupons much less clip them. I select a store and I get stuck in this endless sign in loop that keeps asking for a delivery address. I shop so rarely at this store that I don’t want or need delivery. This company needs to hire people who know about grocery shopping and how to present the info in a better format. It’s a total waste of time.
