I have automatic renewal set up for my account, but unfortunately I can’t determine which credit card is being used. This is a potential problem if the renewal account is no longer valid and causes an interruption in service. This information should be visible to the user so in the event the current account is no longer available, the customer can update the credit card information immediately.Show lessBengalsfanLV111

The site or application doesn’t do a good job at explaining the differences between the m current subscriptions versus offered subscriptions. I keep getting offers to upgrade or add new subscriptions but I’ve already purchased like three and I don’t know what I would be getting new or different with the subscriptions I’m being offered.Show lessandjfbrjdixsnd

I have been using the BITDEFENDER antivirus since it first came out. I have the BITDEFENDER box. I have been using it since it first became available. I have it installed on several of my devices. It gives me alerts on when anything tries to infiltrate. I like the features included in BitDefender Central, but I can’t use them due to extreme lag; even scrolling is a Herculean feat. I’ve had this app for a couple years now and no updates have fixed it. Needless to say, I rarely use it because of its issues and just use the website.Seanty F.
