Why after all the difficulties and reports that this app has had nothing but problems there still hasnβt been any improvement and I donβt even know if youβve released any new updates to fix any of these problems ever time Iβve tried using this app Iβve experienced nothing but problems with it

Very decent. Functions well on iPhone. I would recommend this anti virus for anyone who has questions about the integrity of their cellphone.

My experience with Bitdefender was horrendous. You are promised so much protection yet three months into my subscription Bitdefender messages me that it can only protect my iPhone and iPad 14 hours of the day. My remaining 10 hours were completely open to the Dark Web, which when I went back to NORTON LIFELOCK, they caught so many security breaches that stole my private information that Bitdefender neglected to protect me from! I called for Help regarding this issue and I couldnβt understand what they were saying, because they were speaking so fast and had a thick Eastern accent. I asked for a refund and I was told no and was immediately hung up on. I am a very patient, non-confrontational person and it takes a lot for me to speak my word. Iβve been wanting to write this, and Iβm so glad that I finally did. Again, I warn you, do not give this company your money or your information, for you too, can be subjected to the dark web, as well. Bitdefender is also not US BBB ACCREDITED BUSINESS! Itβs not working correctly
I have to delete this app because itβs not even doing what its supposed to be doing and all itβs saying is pending scan and wonβt stop at all There is something very wrong with this app it just keeps scanning and scanning and wonβt stop it and itβs just draining my battery This app for as long as I can remember hasnβt ever been fixed with the fact that this scanner doesnβt stop running even after you have left the app and nothing but other problems with it and Iβd received a message saying that this app was going to get major updates and I donβt ever recall seeing anything at all

Remote actions not working
Tells me if there is a security issue with any of my Apple devices, but any attempt to send a remote scan command from one Apple device to another always fails (yet the action clears from the 1st device if I then go into the 2nd device and directly run a scan).

Sorry I bought it, much more sorry trying to rid all my equipment of it. To say removal is as far from easily as imaginable , would be, for me, an understatement .
