  • Stared off wrong

    I was doing the wife’s lPad and did’t start off creating her an account. Ideas in the manual later that maybe wasn’t so wrong. I uninstalled, re-installed , and used her account. Now I have a trial version. I,m ready to uninstall it all and start over installing with my account (I am the license manager and purchaser of Premium Solution + VPN, Cyrus Cathey.). Frustrated!

  • Bitdefender paid version….

    We’ll just like Norton that can protect multiple devices, I now have multiple devices on my account and there should only be one device. The apps tend to crash. I believe this shows signs of hackers adding their own devices to my account. Maybe tampering with how the apps work. I will try to send screen shots to customer help at Bit defender. I will update my review later. I do have a theory that good IT techs who try to protect our devices are seriously out numbered by cyber criminals and aren’t able to keep up the good fight. We should stop placing so much trust in our smart phones

    I tried to access my bank…the password didn’t work. I called the bank and they checked it…it as correct. Bitdefender protected me and my phone, thank you.

    I have the box. It’s a good app to have but I can’t connect the box to my home internet.
