  • Auto renewing with no way to cancel

    Their website has been unable to load the pages where cancellations are located. Have not been able to cancel for weeks. Constant issues with digging through obtuse menus to configure the settings I need. Non-stop nagging to upgrade to vpn, etc. We are done paying for the annoyance with this service.

  • Very Poor App, AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

    Bit defender sells its service as an Antivirus type thing. It says it has support for 5 devices when one buys it, but it will not install on an I phone without their VPN which I do not want.

    So, I have a useless subscription for 5 devices because it only works on 1 windows computer.

    I do not want to be held hostage by these morons to use their VPN.

    I have a VPN that actually does what it says it will do.

    If Bitdefender cannot make app 1 work like it is purported to, why would anyone want APP #2?

  • Good for Antivirus and Website filtering, but not much else.

    Setup is easy, the app is slick, the antivirus and site filtering works to an extent (I am not a hacker or antivirus app reviewer, and have not thrown viruses, etc at it to test it. This is more of a complaint/feature request than a complete review.

    Their Feedback button led me here...

    My main issue is with the Box's logs. It provides basic logs of what it blocks antivirus-wise, but no actual network logs to use for troubleshooting network issues. As an example, the network is running super slow for wireless. I have to work around the Box, using other devices, etc..., to determine if it causing the issue or something else. For a basic Plug N' Play router it is OK, but adding it to a home network with other networking devices, it lacks in transparency.

  • Good app but lack of security feature

    Overall it is a good app. But it should add security feature when launching it own, such as Touch ID/pin/Face ID
  • Ridiculous!!!

    I just attempted to install, even though there are many complaints about this app....just to see if the complaints are factual. Well, immediately after installing it, l uninstalled it because I was being directed to a link to BUY the app (just like one person said that happened to him also)! Nope....not going to buy anything unless I can at least have a way to try it out first!! For the developer (before you might reply).....do not say you have a new update, which is your standard reply! I say to everyone.....don’t bother installing this app.

  • I will use this app again

    Bitdefender I downloaded one app. Then taking me to another bitefender app that I had to buy. You going to loss a lot of customer that way. You are not trying out first. Then if you like you buy it. That’s not right bitderfender. You lost me for good.
  • One thing missing...

    Overall it’s nice app. One thing missing is nowhere does it tell you what your plan is and how much you’re paying for the year.
  • Doesn't scan for existing issues

    Yes, it was "free", the hour of aggravation was worse than painful. I appreciate confirming my account but geez at least 3X in different places was excessive. Then I didn't get what I need. I only use the web once a month at the most so VPN doesn't help me & didn't work.
  • Crashes EVERY time I use it

    I like the app and would give it more stars but I every time I used it (7-8 times) it crashed. It was also unstable when I setup the box as well and then created additional problems.
