We are pleased to announce that we have just released a NEW Version of ZipBy App – this is a much simpler and easy to use version – We have handed all the control back over to you to access a gated carpark who uses ZipBy, all you need to do is Press the OPEN GATE button when you are in the lane you wish to enter – When needing to park in a ZONED Area just press the ENTER ZONE CODE and enter the parking details you require. @ZipBy @ZipByWorld
Doesn’t detect my phone, had to pay twice
ZipBy support still haven’t got back to me 3wks (and 3 phone calls) later. Avoid using this app, it’s now useless - just take a ticket.

Overcharge you, no support

Thank you for your feedback. The system is designed to end the session when the app is used to exit the garage, which also triggers the gate to open. If your session did not end, it likely means the app wasn’t used during exit. We recommend contacting the parking operator to assist in closing the session. For further assistance, our support team is available to help you resolve any issues.
Caution for anyone adding a vehicle

Thank you for your feedback. The charge occurred because the rental vehicle’s license plate was still linked to your account. Our system operates based on the license plate entered, so it’s important to remove any vehicles you no longer have access to, especially rentals, upon return, to avoid charges when someone else uses the vehicle. Please contact the car park operator directly to discuss this matter further.
