Would be zero if that was an option
Absolutely terrible app and system in general. The ZipBy system rarely works and even your support link on the App Store has an error (404 page not found). Either sort your systems (and app) out or time to cancel your contracts.
Conceptually great- but it doesn't work.
Sometimes the garage senses the app. Sometimes not. I've gotten stuck in garage a few times. Plus, it has charged me for two entries recently when I only went in once. The garage workers are nice, but even they advised I delete the app and just take a ticket.
Updates to the app haven't helped, and I've used it for about three months - only having a perfect entry/exit twice. More than enough of a chance to get to know the app. Lastly, I left a message on their support line two days ago without a response. Bummer.

Zipby not quite there yet!
Zipby would not acknowledge my exit. The attendant made me back up out of line and claim a lost ticket to which I paid a full days fare. Would not recommend until they get their system figured out.
Good idea poor execution
App does not work... whenever I try and use any features it says "can't access at the time, try later" hoping for the app to get a new update...would be great if worked
