Will it work this time?

Very inconsistent. Sometimes it works going in but won’t activate the exit gate and sometimes just the opposite and sometimes it doesn’t work at all. You just never know. Deleted!!

Frustrating

Can not register any credit / debit card details. Details are exactly like my card have tried three different ones and it does not register. Require this for parking at work so it’s very very annoying

A Great Solution

After creating your Zipby account, the app is very intuitive and easy to use. This has been a great resource getting to and from my office. If only they could add this software directly into my car!

I love when people look at me with bewilderment when I exit so fast. I can see their thought bubbles... he didn't use a ticket!

Fails to work

Often times the app fails to work when I approach sensors, or worse, it will work as I pass the sensors and other cars are entering!

Doesn’t work, no support

I downloaded this app but found it provided only an error message when trying to use it. I submitted a support call and was advised that the error was due to an outage at that time.
Ok, I thought, these things happen but 24, 48 and now 72 hrs the issue still persists. I’ve submitted another support email with screenshots and not had a response. I’m deleting the app.

The app won’t stay running long enough to even finish the setup process.

More trouble than it’s worth

Cool idea, but my first use of it was a complete cluster. It let me in the garage just fine, but on my way out it would not let me leave. Had to exit my car and pay for a full fare ticket just to get out.

Then the next day, I opted not to mess with the app and just paid manually to get in/out of the garage. Unfortunately the app then decided to process my exit from the previous day, charging me for two full days of parking in the garage. Nearly a month later and I’m still waiting for a refund.
