We are very sorry this happened to you causing such a strong negative experience, Have you been able to contact the parking management team regarding your payment? All parking sessions are listed in your ZipBy Home screen and you will be able to see your recent sessions at the top of the list. You are also able to extend your Zones sessions, if the parking management team allows this to happen at their site/ lot, some parking management teams/ owners do not allow sessions to be extended and their time limit signage needs to be followed as they will not allow the area to have any sessions extended or re-entered. This is out of the hands of ZipBy App as the app is programmed in accordance to the carparks/ parking lot/ zoned area’s rules and regulations. ZipBy is a Entry, Exit and Payment Processing System that Car Parking sites use in a variety of ways. and we cover both Zoned (On-Street, Parking Lots etc) and Gated (Car Parks/ Parking Facilities with access gates and equipment) areas within the one app so with ZipBy there is now no need to have multiple parking apps to cover different parking locations. Doesn’t Open the Gate
Nice idea, doesn’t work in practice
Called ZipBy’s support line and was told to phone support at the car park. Tried that, and the car park told me “too bad, you have to pay manually.”
Paid the old way, tried again next time, still nothing. It just doesn’t work.
