Horrible developer and app!

With multiple reviews about this app NOT sending notifications, all developer can do is to copy and paste their lies that they sent notifications. USE THE TIME TO FIX THIS APP! This is not even legal as it did not do what it is supposed to do (send notifications!). As I mentioned in my previous review, I did all the ‘excuses’ smartly suggested by developer but NOTHING sent! Worst parking app ever!!!

Notifications are always sent and there are no specific settings in the app. If you didn't receive a notification, it might be due to the settings on your phone. Please check the following: Notification Permissions: Ensure that notifications for our app are enabled in your phone's settings. Focus Mode/Do Not Disturb: If your phone was in Focus Mode or Do Not Disturb, notifications might have been silenced. Battery Optimization: Some phones have battery optimization settings that can prevent apps from sending notifications. App is unresponsive

Twice have tried using the app when parking and it didn’t work. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app… still not working.

Most awful parking app I have ever had to deal with

This is the most awful app. Registration, finding spot and paying takes minutes that doesn't worth using their parking service. I am sorry I was mandated to use this broken app (and for people who have to use it)

Failed to delete data and credit card data

Vendor promised in writing to delete data and card information but did not delete the data.

Please note that we can delete user data only if we receive sufficient information to identify and validate the account. However, we want to reassure you that users have full control over their own data directly through the app. You can easily delete all your personal data, including credit card details, with just one simple button in the app. If you need any assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team using the 'Help Now' function in the app

Don't rely on it sending notifications

I paid for parking in Vancouver with Zipby app and asked it to notify me when there were 10 minutes remaining. Notifications were turned on for this app. It did not send a notification and I received a ticket for $79.

Amazing app

My first time using the app and it worked perfectly. So easy to get In and out with no hassle. Would highly recommend!!!!

You’ll get a ticket

I set up my payment and included the alert function before time expired so I could add time if needed. The alert did not come and I got an $80 ticket. Be sure to set your own timer as I assume they get the kick back in the tickets issued. The ticket was written 3 minutes after my time expired. While I was quickly walking back to my car. Don’t bother to call customer support. Push star for an operator will not get you anyone to talk to.

Scam company

The worst of the worst. This company is what is wrong with the world. Pure scum from the bottom up. How this is legal I will never understand. Avoid at all costs.
