Told Delete App
The 1st thing that happened- I was told to delete the app and install a different one. K. I’ll be back when y’all have your platform ready....It’s a crap shoot
I have a mixed review for this app. I have had great gigs with fair and fast pay. Sadly, I have had several gigs I went way out of my way to get to, performed as specified and then for random reasons uploads would fail or certain questions wouldn’t allow input for answers or pics. Glitches and misloading gigs are fairly common. There was indication a while back to download ‘Gigwalk enterprise’ instead but sadly it was not an improvement and not surprisingly the last update gave a notice to go back to using the old app. Even more annoying is the utter lack of support. I have not once received a response in time to do anything to save the gig I was already performing in spite of the notice in app saying to just reach out for support. In short, I no longer consider this a reliable app and only perform tasks if I am already at the location. Even so, I don’t stress myself but instead try to perform the task or cancel when it starts rejecting uploads. I considered deleting it recently when I saw the funeral home gigs. They seem both in poor taste and poor pay and might be an indicator of end times for the app. Too bad.Make up your mind
I used the Gigwalk app for many years. Then we were told to use Gigwalk Enterprise. Now I have been automatically signed out of Enterprise and told to use Gigwalk again. Come on people, stick with one app and make it better. Not this back and forth nonsense!
