    The 1st thing that happened- I was told to delete the app and install a different one. K. I’ll be back when y’all have your platform ready....
  • It’s a crap shoot

    I have a mixed review for this app. I have had great gigs with fair and fast pay. Sadly, I have had several gigs I went way out of my way to get to, performed as specified and then for random reasons uploads would fail or certain questions wouldn’t allow input for answers or pics. Glitches and misloading gigs are fairly common. There was indication a while back to download ‘Gigwalk enterprise’ instead but sadly it was not an improvement and not surprisingly the last update gave a notice to go back to using the old app. Even more annoying is the utter lack of support. I have not once received a response in time to do anything to save the gig I was already performing in spite of the notice in app saying to just reach out for support. In short, I no longer consider this a reliable app and only perform tasks if I am already at the location. Even so, I don’t stress myself but instead try to perform the task or cancel when it starts rejecting uploads. I considered deleting it recently when I saw the funeral home gigs. They seem both in poor taste and poor pay and might be an indicator of end times for the app. Too bad.
  • Make up your mind

    I used the Gigwalk app for many years. Then we were told to use Gigwalk Enterprise. Now I have been automatically signed out of Enterprise and told to use Gigwalk again. Come on people, stick with one app and make it better. Not this back and forth nonsense!
  • Don’t disappoint yourself

    I’ve been with this app for years. We were all forced to move to this new app. I absolutely hate it. It has the worse connection. Especially when completing jobs at Walmart. I’m tired wasting my time.

    Literally all they have on here is door dash reimbursements 😴😴😴
  • Gigwalk enterprise Doordash 6 failures- no response

    I have now tried SIX of these Doordash gigs over the past couple of weeks. Despite reaching out and leaving multiple messages in the gig completion with VERY detailed descriptions and accessing the Doordash ordering site through 2 different white listed accounts... I even tried two different credit cards. I have not been able to complete orders and My irritation that no one is telling me if this is normal for my area or if there is something I am doing wrong. Six times over weeks- they always pay me quickly for the $5 attempt, but I would MUCH rather have the $25 in free. Food every time.
    I am hoping this reaches someone at the company and they look into my account with all the details and give me a response.

    Fingers crossed because downtown New Orleans has GREAT food options!
  • Awesome

    I was having a great time surveying for GigWalk Enterprises then, somehow, my email got signed out and I am having a hard time signing back in. However, I give this app a 5 out of 5 because heck, it is an awesome app for surveys.
  • Can’t even open

    The app crashes as soon as it’s opened. I’ve already uninstalled, reinstalled, and still experiencing the same issue.

    Hey Zaidat, it's Joseph here from Gigwalk. So sorry to hear about the crash! Would you mind trying to disable calendar permissions for the app and let me know if that fixes the issue? If not, let me know your iOS version and phone model and I'll work on getting a fix in really soon.
  • Gigwalker no more

    They had me do a food servicing audit telling me I would be reimbursed up to $25 for my food purchase. I completed everything and they only gave me $5 for the worst food I had to eat in Pittsburgh. I think they are just scamming people to eat at these kitchen nightmare places. No wonder the terrible place I had, had like 5 menus. It took over 2 weeks to get my $5 but other gigs they did not pay me for. PLEASE DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM.

  • Terrible. Old app better

    This new app is dreadful. The locations are all askew and it doesn’t update them properly. It shows me stuff hours away in other states. The old app with the pins for each job was far better. Please fix.
