Unreliable
The bank itself is fast, this App? Seems to ALWAYS have maintenance at midnight. I try to open the app for a smooth transfer and it’s always: “We apologize for the inconvenience thank you for your patience as we blah blah blah” get your stuff together, it’s ridiculous.Das ape
App doesn’t work
Obviously the developers don’t care. Stop by an Apple Store and they indicated it must be a developers problem. I did contact Plains Commerce for help, jumped through the hoops but nothing worked. I used it for depositing checks for approximately 5 years. About 6 months to a year ago I could not open it. Credentials were not valid???Show lessTroubled 2
