Works?
App works most of the time. However I recently had to get a replacement phone and it keeps telling me my current device is inactive and I must activate again, but when I click Update, it just takes me to the Apple Store which the sends me back to the app. Also my Next Court Date date has shown as N/A almost the entire time…

Makes checking in a whole lot faster and saves me money on gas driving from dallas to the ft worth bondsman location. Would recommend this if you’re in the same boat

Never works (iPhone X)
It requires you to take a selfie to check in, but it never works with the camera. The part of the screen that previews the photograph is just 100% black whether you use the front camera or rear camera. Tapping the shutter release button to try taking a picture doesn’t work. Junk app.
Can’t sign in
I tried to do my first sign in and I was never prompted to enter an email to receive my key. It just sent me straight to the sign in page so now I can’t make an account.
Please fix this or help me understand why.
