Gets some jobs done but Needs polish
UI is cramped on small phones. The graphics are even pixelated. The services seem to be all over the place with confusing categorization in my opinion.
For example, Tried to look for how to register for Wakanet fiber but can't find the service at all on the app.JOLMStruly

First the Navigation is bad
Secondly the interface is poorly designed
Control placement don’t work, one will have to tap several times before it responds
Connection between interfaces/pages takes forever for a standalone app
Notifications takes you to the website instead of the app.
My suggestion is first fire whoever approved this app and the designer.
Take 90 days break, have this redesigned and have it properly under a testing process within a user and developer environment. Before deployment to the general public.
Also an update should be implemented every 45 to 60 days by accessing user review suggestions and difficulties.Show lessAshinzeslb

The only reason I use the app has been unavailable for quite a long while now, I’m tired of downloading this app while that section is not available.
I like the MTN services but this was the only app where I could get 2GB subscriptions of up three times and if it can’t even do that for me, I’m deleting it for the last timeShow lessDemonic Omega
Change the country region setting
The app does not let you down load if you have emigrated to UAE / Gulf regions
We still have our MTN contracts but cannot download the app and monitor our usage and payments
Developers need to open the app to the entire world as there are 1000s of people with mtn contracts who have emigrated and left south africaShow lesscasbf

This is the worst network service I’ve ever used in Nigerian. Please don’t download the app and if you could do yourself a favor, please don’t use MTN Network entirely. They are scammers. I have 33gb on my SIM card and I also have a bonus of 20gb. Could you believe Mtn have decided to deduct all my 33gb as I browse the internet?? Expecting me to use up my main 33gb before they will start to deduct from my bonus!!
Who does that? This is ridiculous and theft.

False update
The app keeps giving an update notification whenever it starts but I already have the latest version. I think this is something the developers should look into as it’s getting quite annoyingThe Real Alexander

Beware of upgrades
When they upgrade the app, purchases won’t be credited. I bought a substantial amount of data and 72 hours after contacting them I still don’t have it credited nor am I refunded because I purchased during an unannounced upgrade. Otherwise my experience has been good.profsomethingclever
