I checked my bank account and it charged me $127.00 instead of the $7.00 cdn monthly charge what is going on????

Not working and need my money back
Then I created a password but the screen froze for a few minutes. I got tired of waiting so I closed the tab.
I tried to sign in but my password won’t work. I tried going back to the link and every time I put in a password it still freezes. I tried the I forgot my password to reset. But I am not receiving any email to reset it.
Tried calling the help number and there was no answer. I cannot sign in to cancel my account.
