Best app that existed
I have worked with IntelyCare for 2 years now and it hasn’t failed me yet. I love that it is very convenient whenever you need the hours and money. But you have to be able to show up and be dependable because it’s based on how many shifts you worked like to reach to another level on the app to get bonuses and higher pay. But so far it helped payed my bills and have me moved out to a new place.

Disappointed
I signed up with the company about a month ago. Turned in all my documents. The app said I was approved. I desperately needed this job and have been waiting to be cleared I got the okay and started picking up shift. Was asked to confirm my shift which I did day prior. Just for few hours before I would get cancel due to “ background check”. Called right away they said it’s takes a while sorry they will expedite it no problem. Waited for it to say clear and tried again. Four day later right before the shift I’m canceled again for the same reason. Customer service say the same thing and no help. Waste my time and energy. All I’m trying to do is work. Very disappointing.

I've been working with IntelyCare for over a year now & I LOVE IT.
The app makes everything so easy.
Rates are fair, plus they give me an automatic $50 bonus every 5 shifts!
I get paid with DailyPay after each shift, sometimes before I even drive away from the facility!
I'd love to see a chat section and a feature where IntelyPros can interact with one another.

Too much hassle for a temp agency
I’m still trying to get documents approved 3 weeks later. I gave up trying to deal with them. I want a easy, temp job. They onboarding process turned me off from continuing. I’ve started with another agency in the time it takes for them to process my paperwork. All documents current but they still keep rejecting them. Had two references get rejected for no reason. Isn’t this supposed to be easy? I could have just went to a facility for all they want you to do just to pick up a shift. No thank you.

Hiccups in Application
The application portion have many hiccups and needs to be better accessible to download files than all photographs. I ended up having to submit my documents through non-encryption email for them to review. Still the application did not correctly save information that was verified as submit. Needs improvement. 1 week plus after applying, I am still waiting for review and access. Not sure I want to continue using the app as it seems user friendly but is not. I can imagine the hiccups with actual time sheets and payroll processing.

Pain in the a
The HARDEST app to get onto. I have tried the onboarding process several times now but they are just too strict.
I’ve submitted my physical and they stated they needed the doctors credentials on it, which it is and I circled it for them and they still reject it. It has just about all his information besides his social and home address? I also submit an inquiry asking what’s the problem and they never reply.
They also keep telling me to put in my references and I wasn’t sure why it kept getting rejected until I found out they send a text instead of call. For all the information they require and how professional they expect you to act, they could at least call. My main reference, a doctor I work for, is very old school and does not text so it kept getting rejected because he did get the text.
Overall, a very difficult experience to get on the app for absolutely no reason. I’ve easily got accepted into five other apps but this one just has a stick up it’s a…

Better Agency I ever work for. You get what you put in, and the flexibility for me as a head of household is key. The App is very user friendly, you can monitor your score and level . The agents are always kind when you call and willing to help you. It is an overall 5 stars company, I would recommend to anyone looking for excellence.

I’ve been with IntelyCare for about three years now and what I love about IntelyCare is that they’re one of the top Agency out here today. I am with several other Agency and there’s none like IntelyCare. They keep us with good shifts and rates, on top of that I get to meet a lot of new people and they also try to have like a meet and greet where we meet other IntelyPro’s. Fun part is sometimes we may have already met them working out in the field but overall I think it’s a great Agency to work for.

On boarding process is ridiculous, I applied and submitted everything in March and for some reason my background is STILL pending. I work for a couple other agencies and I never had any issues, they got everything through without any problems. I called, texted, emailed, I did every contact option there is, and they keep telling me to wait 24-48 hours. I did that about 8 times. Today I called and was told the same thing, at this point I’m giving up. If you need hours or a job fast I don’t recommend this app, thank god I have another job and not depending on this

I find them to be one of the best agencies around. There is someone always answering the phones when you call. I have not had one issue with this company since I’ve been working for them!
