App crashes too much
** you asked me to play & rerate the app because you “FIXED” the problem. I have returned & TRIED to play but all —— EVERY SINGLE problem STILL is a problem. What exactly did you fix? Seems there is a stock reply to complaints without anyone actually reading the complaints. Hate you have abandoned the idea of rising the app. No WONDER there are less that 50 on at a time. ——- What has happened to this app? This use to be a fun game. But the app constantly crashes. Also the guy who complained about the censorship is correct. You can’t even ask WHY to your poorly played partner without getting reported & chat banned for several days. I guess hurt feelings when they play for the opponent is WAY too much. Wasn’t even rude. No wonder it is down to less than 50 people on. Are you guys just abandoning the app to be WOKE? It shows it’s a BAD IDEA… always is. Why have you RUINED your app?Show lessNeed it right now

Constantly kicks me off and after several times of trying, I can’t even get into a table. I’ve tried customer service atleast 100x with no response… still. You’re penalized with trash hands when you leave a game but if you’re placed with someone that automatically bids a BLIND nil, why would I stay? I get mutted for communicating things like “stop holding the game” because alot of internet trolls literally don’t play their card until the very last second… repeatedly. That user then flags me bc I spoke in the chat. Seemingly the app administrators just mute you automatically now. Maybe understaffed? Idk but it’s unnecessary. Also, the freezing in the middle of games! The worse. Oddly it’s when my team is winning. But Here again you have to exit the game (fyi there’s no other way to go back in the game you were in).. wait thru a 1000 ads, just to wait to connect again. Just over it. I’ve enjoyed some aspects of the app but at this point I’ll look elsewhere. - Former supporter of over 6 yrs.Show lessbeautifullife2121

If logged in previously via FB, have to log out then log back in via FB to play the next time. Also, app hanging up most times when 2 or more players have left, not allowing you to play again without rebooting device.gatait

Great time passer
I play this game all the time to pass time. I really enjoy playing against the robots actually I prefer to play with the robots because every time I play on line my partner seems to be an idiot..lol they are extra slow and the don’t know how to play so they either over bid or under bid and we lose the game. I do lose with the robots sometimes but the game goes much faster and it is still challenging.Show lessohilooksogood

I down loaded this game years ago for $.99. Since then I have watched it get better and better. Then more people started playing and more ads started coming on with every update. Now it keeps getting worse and worse. Now it’s like they don’t care about the player. It’s all about getting ad money. I shouldn’t even be seeing the ads since I paid for the app.
They need to figure out a way to ban the players that come in blind nil get bad cards and leave. This is so irritating for the players that just want to have a good game at lunch.
They will just ban you from being able to talk to people without an explanation. I usually say hi if spoken to or chat with people if they want. But if someone gets mad then they report you and next thing you know you can’t chat and there is nothing you can do about it.
The ads they put at the end keep you from playing another game with the same people again. For that I take a star away.
So just like a lot of the other apps. The improvements and greediness has lead to poor quality.Show less2manytattoos

I have an iPhone 8 Plus...since an update several months ago, at the end of a game the advertising screen will stay up , even though the next spades game starts. I can't see my cards because of the advertising screen is "frozen" ...I tried many things to get rid of that screen but nothing works...I have to delete the app and then reload it...I put in a ticket but nothing ever changes..I have reloaded the app at least 100 times since then...nothing helps and support is non- existing...Show lessspadesplayer222
Irritating ads.
Used app for some time and enjoyed it. Newer versions require multiple screens to even deal a new hand. The same choices have to be made each time. If you are not careful you will have to start over with a new game.
Some ads are reasonable for a free app, but many hang up the screen and you have to delete saved data to continue. Today adds have begun in Chinese and cannot be read. These generally hang up the game with no way out.Show lessWrangler777
Going Nil
Can you fix the computer so it protects you better when you go nil? If I have the king of spades it will throw out the Ace, to protect me on an off suit, a lot of times when it has a smaller spade it could’ve used so therefore I’m now set with the king. This happens A LOT and is very annoying. Please make this game even better and fix this. Also I don’t like the new update. It says I can turn off blind nil but there’s not an option when you pick what score you want. I play this game everyday and really enjoy it but I can’t stand the blind nil option.Show lessThe gatornator

It’s the only spades app I’ve like....until this last update. I hate it!!! I liked being able to play offline when I wanted, not now. You changed playing with the bots. I don’t like that the option for the blind nil pops up for every hand. Change it back so I can turn the option off if I’d like or turn it on. Having it pop up every hand is really annoying. Otherwise still a good game. But still thinking about finding another app.Show lesssick of being kicked out
