Even though the game is free, there are way way way way way too many ads!!! Every single hand requires at least one many seconds ad! I lose track of the strategy of my game and the cards that have been played and become distracted and bored and move on to backgammon despite spades being my fave!!my game disappears every time I reload it!!! What is wrong with jogatina???The same thing happened with jogatina hearts!!! Disappears every time or won’t load at all!! Please let me know...I played those two games for years! Makes no sense💔💔💔💔💔❣️Show lesssoap fanatic

FIXED: Game keeps telling me to update but then there is no update and it just tells me to open it. I Restarted my computer and it continues to ask me to do updates that aren’t there.

Too much time given to decide whether or not to go blind nil.
One improvement you could easily make is to shorten the amount of time given to decide if someone is going to go blind nil. 10 seconds is plenty time to make that decision. I’ll bet that decision is already made before the bid comes around, most of the time. The 30 or so seconds currently given for that decision, really slows the game down, when there is an inconsiderate player in the game.Show lessDewy Cheatem
Game Limit
The change in game limit to 250 from 500 fundamentally changes the contest acumen of the game. Going to 500 allows more opportunity for lost and rebound volley making it more interesting. On the other hand 250 offers a quicker play time. There should be a player option to decide which game limit, 250 or 500.Show lessa2i11i4a5
Fun but some definite cons
First, please stop asking me to rate the game every three sessions. It does not make me want to give a good rating, especially as I remember rating it in the past. I wanted to give it a 1, but I actually enjoy the game, despite the problems listed below.
Second, please have the Hard Bots actually be good. The bot I am partners with always makes extremely dumb mistakes, despite being ranked as Hard.
1) The bot continually trumps hands that we don’t need when it has non-spades in its hand, leading to lots of sandbags. I’ve watched the cards it played afterwards and almost every time we could have avoided 1 or 2 needless sandbags. It has a perverse need to trump hands it doesn’t need.
2) When going Nil, sometimes the bot does not discard the highest card it can, leading to it catching a trick in a later hand and losing us 100 points. This is a basic beginner’s mistake.
That said, the game is fun and enjoyable when I’m not frustrated by the easily avoidable mistakes by my bot partner.Show lessManthecat
The Ads Have Gone Too Far
Best gameplay of any spades application in the app store. Game speed, graphics and features are top notch. Over time the number of ads and length of each ad has increased reducing gameplay. I’ve toughened it out for many updates. But at this time the ads have become too much. You literally have a 30second ad after each hand is played. You find yourself never quite in the rhythm of playing these matches & become distant from the actual application. I’m deleting the application in hopes that one day developers can find a better balance for collecting their coins and not sacrificing gamership completely. Thank You.Show lessmrwintry
Great game, but...
Great game but there should be two modes: one for people who actually have experience playing spades and one for beginners.
I have been paired with countless inexperienced players who are completely clueless how to play - like trumping you’re partner when they have a trick all but won, holding cards until late and giving the opposition the chance to force them out instead of using them early to force your opponent to react, this not making their bid, and not taking tricks early to hit your bid and waiting until it’s too late. Some even going blind nil when desperation sets in despite there being less than 10 bids on the table. A lot hold high spades until the end and also go over bid like they’re trying to get bags.
And then, of course, there are the knuckleheads who bid zero and don’t make it and then bail on the game right after.
As for pace of game, there’s way too much time on the timer, especially for the bid process. Knock five seconds off.
Otherwise game is great when I find partners who aren’t complete morons.Show lessKblair4
Ads Are Getting Worse!!
Since the last update it seems that the ads are getting worse. They seem like they are getting longer before you can close them out and there are more of them. I’m in the middle of a Multi Player match and I have to sit thru 30 seconds of ads. I really like this game and I enjoy playing it. I’ve tried a lot of the others out there and this is one of my favorites but the ads are getting so bad I’m going to check out the other ones available in the App Store. I get it, it’s a Free app and you have to make some money some how. But they are getting excessive. If the developers would offer a paid upgrade to eliminate the ads I would buy it.Show lessbreah

I love playing this game and I am no way an expert but I love a good game. I hate when people that you are playing with become irate and call others foul names, make stupid bets because they are mad and are just jerks! I do not enjoy being called a female dog(foul name) and told to go f. Never again will I continue a game with someone that sends these messages. If it continues I will delete the game!Show lessjtjm9
Question and suggestion
Game is fun and works good for me. However if I turn my phone long ways the game is off to the side unable to play it anymore nor will it right back up when I turn phone back upright. So I have to close it and open again then be careful not to let it turn. Most games you play with phone on it’s side so you can see better. Can’t this one.
Suggestion.. when both members of opposing team leaves the game why wouldn’t the other team win by default instead of having to play rest of game with bots?Show lessjfprice60
