Update issues
Have noticed app keeps automatically closing when I click on the For You tab. Also happens sometime when I go on the calendar page.
App is great otherwise just some issues since recent updates. Shame as I have to log in everytime and use website instead these days.aronmichael
Very frustrating
Any events that are run using this service require you to have an app and an account, I find it unnecessary to go through this much just to go to an event, I have will always delete this app immediately after going to these events because there is no need to make it this difficult to access tickets.Show lessNeon Rainbowz

No longer offering Apple Wallet ticket. Must use app to display ticket
It’s been a few years since I last used RA, and was very disappointed that they no longer offer Apple Wallet tickets. Worse, I have to download this mediocre and overly flashy app to be able to just display the tickets. Dice is the same, but at least isn’t as awful as this one! Like how do you view tickets you’ve bought? It’s by clicking on the event page, (that appears like you’ve never bought a ticket!). No, it’s by clicking the RA logo at the bottom right of the screen – something no other app does for obvious reasons. Unintuitive and unnecessary. Dance Ticketmaster.Show lessNklv
Buggy “New” tab breaks the app
For years now tapping the “New” tab has been causing the app to close, every time. This is very frustrating since I use RA guide several times a week to find shows but am unable to benefit from early release ticket prices.
I thought that the engineers would eventually discover the issue and fix it but they still haven’t. (Perhaps they need more observability and bug monitoring hint hint)
So I’m hoping that they will see this review and get it fixed 🙏🏻🙏🏻
Other than that, it’s a fantastic app and it’s a shame such a key feature is broken and the experience so badly affected.Show lessbalno_1

The app could be improve if they add the hyperlinks to official SoundCloud and other pages. It does work on the web browser but having it on the app can make the difference...namir286
Impossible to unsubscribe from emails
If you use this app, brace yourself for a newsletter you can never unsubscribe from. The “marketing settings” within the app show options for email preferences but they don’t do anything. I’ve tried everything. Seems like a very big, very dumb oversight.Dr Crusher Hates It
Basically unusable
Can’t even verify my account because the app is spazzing back and forth between the “popular” and “new” headings causing it to be constantly switching back and forth. If you try to verify your account the app starts bugging out and you can’t even use it. Don’t downloadihatryou
Can’t buy tickets
It’s great for everything, discovering events and quickly seeing what’s on, falls flat when you try and press the buy ticket button and it just doesn’t work. Completely hangs, defeats the purpose of an app for ticketsgsp8181
