Can’t change name on ticket
Bought 2 event tickets and opted to use the resale option when I could no longer attend. RA resold one ticket, leaving me with one which I hoped to either give away or sell on myself. To do so you need to edit the name on the ticket. It wouldn’t let me edit the name on the ticket as the ticket was in the resale queue. It also wouldn’t allow me to remove the ticket from the resale queue. Total con artists.
The ticket that was sold on would be refunded to me minus the price of an admin fee. Rat scum.Show lessKFlem10

Why is it impossible to find events in the app that are easy to find in the site? Unfortunately buying a ticket on the site doesn’t mean it’ll end up in your app. You’re screwed either way with this app.Akjsixjwbauhndozisn

It's hard to unsubscribe from email list.
I really don't like that i had to spent 20 munites to unsubscribe from email list. Disappointed.serhatsimsekali
Complicated
RA is the most complicated app! I thought I was the only one but all of my friends also think it's complicated to buy tickets. Unfortunately dice is more expensive but easier to use and transfer tickets. Hope they will figure it out soonTatanga_buffalo
Helpful app
Easy to understand in a simplistic manner with lovely staff if you get stuck with any ticket purchase.

Needs ability to favourite cities!
Really needs the ability to favorite a city so that people who travel can quickly find the city they want. Really annoying to scroll through 100 countries and cities when really I just frequent two.aaed4
Buggy and unnecessary.
Was forced to download this app to access my ticket. If you’re going to force someone to download an app at least make sure it works properly. I misspelled my password and when I clicked “try again” it made my password the username for the entire population of Canada to see. (Aka just who was next to me) so maybe fix that , and maybe don’t force people who’ve already paid for a ticket to download an app they don’t want and will never use again.

Won’t recognize log-in, 0 online support except a FAQ
This is extremely frustrating especially since the forgot password function isn’t working, and I can’t access the tickets I just purchased. There’s no option to view in browser, just the app. Super poor design/user flow.camiefren
Great for finding events but app needs improvement
This app can turn your average weekend to one of the best nights of the year, so easy to find events buy tickets and have a good time. Would rate 5/5 but I have trouble with navigation within the app! There doesn’t seem to be a way to return to event description once you move to the ticket selection screen. Where the bank button? Swipe up, down, left or right don’t work 😫😫 Devs is this a bug or just a poor design? iPhone 12 user here.Show lessPaszteciak1
