  • app version is awful

hardly ever opens and loads information on the app, which means you end up having to use the web version anyway. the app glitches constantly and updates take forever and never fix all the problems it has. wish I didn’t have to use this.
  • Confusing

    Confusing and complicated to use
  • Could be better

Worst app I’ve ever used. Constantly glitching!! To update you need to delete and reinstall. My stylists hate the app. Desktop version is way better
  • Sometimes works. Sometimes doesn’t.

With the recent update my phone was updating MYTIME for almost 2 days. I uninstalled and reinstalled and now my books look weird. There are no stylist on there, it’s just all blurred together. At work on the PC it was lagging and not responsive.
    When it works it’s great.
When it doesn’t it’s obviously very frustrating...

    🙁

  • Would be awesome ... if it worked on mobile

So I have zero complaints with the web based version of this but ... for some reason I am completely unable to log into any of my accounts on this app , yet can log in perfectly fine on desktop , putting in the same credentials . Not sure if it’s a security issue ( shouldn’t be as I can access it anywhere on web ) or some weird glitch .

  • I much prefer the alternatives

As a caveat, I am a contractor for a merchant that uses mytime service. Part of my many problems with this app is due to the merchant who 1) failed to provide me with any info on how to access the merchant section of mytime & 2) failed to properly add me to his list of contractors.

This however does not absolve mytime of their flaws. 1) the mytime app consistently crashed on me. I gave up using the app and just relied on going online. 2) I had a half dozen back & forth emails with one of their service reps who couldn’t understand that I was never given a link to access the merchant side of the website. 3) compared to the ease of using apps like VagaroPro, this service seems to have a terrible UI in both form and function.

I am currently sitting in my hot car for an hour because of a scheduling confusion between my client and myself. This is partly the fault of the client for failing to check the app, and the app for failing at its basic function. When I use VagaroPro, it automatically sends a confirmation alert to my clients 24 hours before the appointment. Yes, clients are human and therefore flawed at found so basic a thing as confirming appointments, but at least the VagaroPro app tries. I find mytime to be lacking in many ways.

  • Won’t let you log in

The app worked great for the first few days but then it kept giving me a login error. What’s the point of it if you can’t access it and are forced to use the browser. Which is also slow.
  • One day at a time

I can only an book a day because when I try the next day it disappears so I have to delete the app and put it back day by day to make an appointment ugh it never did that before 😬
  • Hate it!

It’s so Annoying that the app won’t even open at all majority of the time! So that makes me have to open it on my browser. So inconvenient!!!! Lately it hasn’t been working or opening at all!!! Or it takes for ever and a day for it to load and open!!!!! This is so annoying and I have this for work so thats even more annoying!! Please fix this!!
