Cannot even set up the app

When going through the set up process the app says my email address already exists (even though I’ve never used it before) and when I say existing account forgot unique code it says email address doesn’t exist. Really disappointed to not be able to use this app.

Unable to sign up

Downloaded the app, completed all questions in the sign up… confirmation email with sig. in code never arrived (even checked spam and blocked senders list).
Signed up with different email - same result.

Useless

Just downloaded and when I entered all my information it says it can’t save data. Tried multiple emails and still didn’t work. Useless

I tried

I have completed the baseline review and was expecting at least some feedback??? Nothing so carried on for another couple of days. Still nothing. I guess I have to guess timings for fasting and sleeping etc. something I could have done over 2 weeks ago without all the frustration of logging different aspects of my day. Like others have said it is unresponsive, erratic and being deleted

Thank you.

I have been using the app for around 11 days now. Early days but just the process of recording my health data over that time has had a beneficial impact on my awareness and actions.

Uninstalling as too many bugs

I’d love to keep using this app as I subscribe to the evidence based research it’s coming from but the app is sooo buggy. I hope it gets sorted and would love to use it again in the ear future.

Wish the logging page layout was different

Logging food is a challenge with the current interface. There is a very tiny area for scrolling and the foods are not in alphabetical order. That means the more you add the more you have to scroll through to find your food. There is a lot of empty space on that page that I think would be better used if we could look at the food at a glance and in alphabetical order. Because of the tiny scrolling area many times my finger rests too long and it asks if I want to delete that food, which I don’t. Also when I take a picture of my food and want to tag later, I wish it would specify if it is capturing that exact time as the eating time or allow us to modify the time on it later.

Crashes, clunky interface

I found it laborious to enter daily data but made it almost to the 14 day mark. Then it just started crashing every time I tried to open it. I don’t want to delete and re-download because I don’t want to lose my data. I have really been longing for an app that tracks circadian patterns, too bad this isn’t it. Great idea though!

Good app, terrible update

This was a really helpful & easy to use app until yesterday’s upgrade: now it crashes on opening every time.

Update crashed app

The app now crashes every time I open it and that means I can’t access my data, and if I uninstall I lose it all. Really poor. At the very least needs a web-based backup and some way of contacting developers.
