Great idea, but bad app!

I like the idea of this app and want to contribute to Dr Panda studies. But this app has too many bugs that it is hard to believe in any collected data concistency.
To be fixed:
Slow on iPhone 5s
It takes up to 1min to get camera ready
Losing your data on saving
Loosing pictures on saving
Freezes frequently
Freezes when wifi and lte enabled
Quits by itself with data not saved

Poor performance, design

I really want to use this app consistently but the slow performance and overall poor design make it difficult. The app is laggy and I’ll frequently tap on something several times before it finally loads. Often it’s so bad or frustrating that I’ll move on to other tasks and forget about logging a meal until later (at which time I cannot capture a photo and I may misremember all the things I ate). That doesn’t make for very reliable data. A skim of other reviews of the app shows I’m not alone. It’s such a disappointment, as the research is exciting and if only I could contribute (and learn something about my habits in the process!) I would love to do so.

Awesome

This app is for a scientific study and the info it will provide far out weighs any of its bugs.

Slow

Too slow to be diligent, and I assume that is needed for this study. I walked away from adding certain things because they just take forever. I track my 1st and last meal. If my eating window was longer than 8 hrs I probably wouldn’t bother at all. I don’t track anything else due to the slowness, exercise and sleep I track on other apps and hopefully will be able to sync them to this one in the future. (Apple Health) Please fix it, it’s worth it to me to track these things. I do use the zero app as it allows me to edit time when I forget but doesn’t track anything else except fasting times.

Crashes!

I had entered 12 days of info religiously until the app auto-updated. Since then it crashes on start up. There doesn’t seem to be a way to report problems on the website so I sent messages via Twitter.

It doesn’t crash in airplane mode but does as soon as I turn airplane mode off.

Very slow and clunky

Got this application and hearing about it on a chat show I was watching. Was looking forward to inputting the information and seeing the results and where I can take this. 1week in and I want to throttle whomever created this app.

It’s so slow and unresponsive, I mean come on in this day and age apps should be smooth and user friendly
