Are you playing on one of our old, game-specific apps (e.g. Trickster Spades)? Those have been deprecated in favor if this app, Trickster Cards, which has all of the games in one. Make sure you open Trickster Cards instead of the old app if you've installed it. Annoying ads
I’m loved the app. And still do mostly but the advertising settings are annoying. I don’t mind some ads but! It needs to not go straight to loud video ads. Sometimes I’m playing in an environment I don’t want to make noise in. And it just fires up right into loud ads.heating up

We can't control the volume of the ads, but if you mute our game sounds, we pass that on to our ad provider which should respect the muted setting (we're not allowed to mute only the ads). To mute in-game sounds, open the main menu, go to Settings, then Sounds. Next drag the volume slider all the way to the left so the volume is set to 0%. Hope that helps!Favorite spades and euchre app
The skill level of other members is quite high which allows me to lose a bunch sure - but also teaches me so much!! I’ve become much better at spades especially. In general the app is great too. Will say at times, if you decide to purchase chips, it seems like the app stacks the odds against you as you get lower - probably in hopes to sell more chips. It’s a business so I guess I don’t blame them too much but as long as it doesn’t bleed me completely dry and I get the chance to win back. LolShow lessScenebrittany

Glad you like the app! For what it's worth, we only use random deals - that's the experience we want to play too. Unfortunately they don't always produce fair results, but rest assured that even if your luck gets unbalanced for a bit, it won't be because of your chips status.One of the very best card playing apps
I’ve tried many, many, many card apps and all of them had serious flaws in programming for game play. There are so many really terrible card playing apps! So I wasn’t expecting much when I began playing, then I noticed how sophisticated the strategic playing was with the bots. The action, the variety, and the challenge is well ahead of anything I had experienced. I deleted my other card apps and use this along with another more basic app. The programmers did an excellent job, it’s completely addictive, fun, and challenging.Show lessiSusanJoy

Thanks! To be honest, the bot experience can vary a bit (but we're glad yours has been good). Our first focus has always been on connecting real people to play together, but we're continuing to level-up our bots too. Hope you continue to have fun!
