Doesn’t with with US numbers

The “00” trick the developers mention in other reviews does not work.

Developers: L'inserimento di "00" non funziona con i numeri americani. Questo è un problema con l'app, per favore risolvi

Useless

Even after following Italian instructions (which I needed to translate), I did not receive a verification code when entering my UK phone number (which feels unnecessary to simply buy a single ticket). It’s like they are deliberately trying to make it difficult to buy bus tickets.

Not Possible to use with international #

Can't use the app since I have a UK number. Useless to say the least.

Gentile utente, abbiamo parecchi utenti con numero straniero regolarmente registrati: inserisca le cifre "00" seguite dal suo codice paese e poi dal suo numero cellulare (per il Regno Unito, inserisca quindi 0044 ). App inutile per numeri USA

Defective app will not send verification code to US number in 001-area code-number format. Useless.

Won’t Register USA Numbers

As other reviews state, registration doesn’t work for numbers based out of US. It’s a shame that’s the only way to create an account. Hope the developers figure out something, since it discourages visitors from using public transit.

Cannot get access code

I have the same problem as the previous reviewer. Moreover the app response makes no sense. There is not a two number code of the US, only one number - 1. So the number to enter for access to TABNET is 001 followed by area code and number. As the previous reviewer stated, nothing works. And I’ve been trying for five days now.

Update: the developer makes the same reply to me as to the other reviewer - which (translated from Italian and summarized) - essentially says “just do what you already did and it will work because it worked for lots of other people”. Which is about as useful as a kick in the teeth. Thank you for your robotic and thoughtless response Mr Developer

American number

Desperately wanted to be able to use this app for bus tickets but it won’t send me a text message to activate in any form I try with my American number. I’ve tried everything, and I don’t get a text message to confirm. 001PhoneNumber, 0001PhoneNumber, 00PhoneNumber, 000PhoneNumber. Nothing.
