You’re better than this Husqv
Come on Husqv let’s get this app sorted. Don’t release it until it works properly (scheduling not working) & certainly don’t proclaim to have built AIM into it when you haven’t (not yet anyways). If the app was 75% or the awesomess of the mower then you’d better better than Apple!
User friendly
Allows Amore than one mower to be connected. Easy to use.
Would love the addition of a HISTORY PAGE to show past runs and how long
Would love to have the addition of a history page (like my irrigation system has) I can see when it ran last and for how long.
Also be able to see how long it is into its current mowing session I can see when it supposed to stop and end a current cycle but it be nice to know how long it’s been running so far (because sometimes I don’t forget what time it started, especially on a manual or spur of the moment run.)

Mower is great, App is rubbish
The mower works well, but I’m constantly having to log back into the app every time I open it, then it throws up error messages (unexpected error) and freezes and it randomly shuts down and requests the pin. It takes a good couple of minutes to connect and start the mower every time. It’s really frustrating.

App needs improvement
Every few days the app signs out by itself so if there's an issue with the mower I don't get notifications..
Need to add a feature to be able to add no mow zones, for example I have a section of gravel it has to pass over to mow the lawn on the other side but it tries to mow the gravel.
Mower itself is great saves heaps of time and lawn looks good and freshly mowed all the time.

Automower App lacks useful functions compared to other Smart Device Apps
The Automower App covers the basics pretty well, but lacks in some areas compared to other smart technology. One complaint I have in comparison to my Wifi Irrigation controller is that the Automower App doesn’t track previous mowing times/duration on a calendar function. One other complaint that I have again in comparison to my Wifi Irrigation Controller is that Automower notifications and error messages don’t get pushed out to the phone. Instead I have to open the app on my phone just to wonder if any messages are waiting for me from the Automower App.

App logs me out since update
New update causes me to be logged out. Each time I open the app on iPhone, I have to log back in. Fix it, It’s been weeks and I have seen others say the same thing in reviews and online forums. App is okay otherwise but I’d like to see better functionality. Mower height settings should be in actual units like inches or cm instead of 1-10 which means nothing. Should also be able to select certain areas to be mowed. What about over the air updates? This is 2021. Also husqvarna dealers need to up their game. Most have no clue about automower. If iRobot comes out with a mower I fear husqvarnas 25 year reign will be over.

Does’t work unless wifi is available, limited usefulness
This utility does some of what i would like it to do HOWEVER it won’t allow logins if you’re not connected to wifi. That shouldn’t be a requirement to use the app, ie, if you’re on cell service with no wifi you should still be able to login.
While this app allows easier access to settings than directly programming through the keypad it is missing some functionality that would make it more usable:
1. Do an “ok” for errors during mowing operations when it makes sense. Some errors require limited or no contact with the mower so you should be able to do an “ok” and restart through the app without having to use the keypad;
2. Request an immediate spiral cut. This would be used when you see the mower in an area that needs to be mowed immediately. There is currently no way to do this. It could follow the saved spiral cut settings or could be switched back to normal operation with a start command.
3. Follow a guide wire. On models with more than one wire it should be possible to specify which wire is to be followed. This would allow the mower to be “steered” into areas that might need more attention. The follow operation might last for a specified time or distance or until a start command is selected.
These are a few things that would make the app more useful, others might have more ideas also. The facebook automower group might be a good place to take a survey of recommended new features or improvements.

Great invention love it
Basic Functionality App Better With Notification
Am glad this app allows me to send some commands to the mower from inside the house because we hate mosquitoes. This app would be better if it can notify me soonest a fault on the mower occurs and allows me to acknowledge the fault without having to step out and acknowledge via the onboard keypad.
