Si tiene un problema, olvídese de una solucion

Es decepcionante el servicio al cliente, ya que los asesores cierran los chats sin explicación y no hay una vía efectiva para resolver el problema. ¿Cómo pueden permitirse errores tan graves y un soporte tan ineficaz?

Has Issues

There are payment issues with most international cards and the people who do support do not know how to fix the issue and then close the chat if you ask them anything other than a generic question

Worst App Ever

I’ve had issues using my bank card over and over again with help to no prevail. They keep telling me it’s my bank however my card works on every other platform… It’s almost impossible to get support as you get sent to a virtual assistant constantly which gives you options unrelated to your ongoing order. It glitches and doesn’t let you respond to the restaurant. Honestly I want to throw my phone at the wall every time I attempt to use Rappi. Rather use Uber Eats or DiDi

THEY WILL STEAL FROM YOU IF YOU NEED REFUND!

La aplicación más fraudulenta y frustrante que tengo en mi teléfono. No entregan el pedido completo y cuando vas a pedir ayuda no existe. Te dan gas y te dicen que tu satisfacción es su prioridad, pero no te devuelven el dinero de los artículos que no entregan. Varias veces me han robado dinero. Soy discapacitado y tengo que usar servicios de entrega a domicilio y el de ellos es de lo peor. No se lo recomendaría a nadie. Su aplicación está hecha para causar una experiencia muy frustrante y se cerrará sin avisar y los botones no se pueden pulsar. Absolutamente estos chicos deben ser demandados.

The most fraudulent and frustrating app I have on my phone. They will not deliver the entire order and when you go to get help it non existent. They gas light you and tell you your satisfaction is their first priority but won’t refund you for the items they don’t deliver. Multiple times they have stolen money from me. I’m disabled and have to use delivery services and there’s is just the worst. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Their app is made to cause a very frustrating experience and will close without prompting and buttons aren’t clickable. Absolutely these guys should be sued.

It’s happened multiple times and the assistants will just close the conversation without any resolution.

Larcenous thieving app

They steal from customers by inflating the cost of goods in the app by roughly ten percent. When you try their support to get refunded the difference between what they charge you and what the store has charged, you get the service support runaround, with no resolution. Avoid this app.

Useless buggy app

Orders never can be more than 25% complete and app changes order to give 2 adults 1 quesadilla to share for lunch. Total joke, Uber eats way more reliable

Scam!

They charge my card and don’t deliver the order. Moreover, the customer support ignores all your messages too. They’ve made it impossible for you to post a complaint to the management as well.

If you don’t want to lose your money, DO NOT INSTALL THIS STUPID APP! They run a scam!

Stick to Uber eats and you should be fine.

Took a lot of messaging customer service

to refund the $162 USD from a delivery. I ordered some wine and some nicotine pouches to bring home with me. When the app told me the courier was done shopping and on their way I went down the elevator and stepped outside.

Within that 2 minutes, while stepping outside, the app tells me my order was cancelled. They also told me about 6 reasons why it might be cancelled. One was suspicious activity on my card (which I’ve had no problems the last couple orders). The other, I cancelled which I did not. The other was that I wasn’t there for the delivery, which I was at the meeting point within 2 minutes that the courier was on their way.

The only reason I suspect is that the courier cancelled the order and kept it. After many times of messaging Rappi, they kept ending the chat without giving me specific reason to why the order was cancelled, I finally got refunded. But seriously, it took about 15 times of them ending the chat after giving me multiple reasons why the order could be cancelled but no specific reason.

The app is decent generally. But just be aware, if the order is cancelled and you didn’t cancel it, stay on them about it.

Like I said, most likely the courier cancelled and kept the products but I wasn’t going to pay $162 USD and not get what I ordered. Rappi needs to be aware of these scammers taking people’s orders.

¡La peor experiencia de mi vida!

Esté preparado para el hecho de que incluso si solicita la entrega a una hora específica, el mensajero llegará cuando quiera. Como resultado, será declarado culpable y no recuperará su dinero.

Rappi en Colombia es la peor empresa de delivery con la que he tratado!
