Worst App Ever
THEY WILL STEAL FROM YOU IF YOU NEED REFUND!
The most fraudulent and frustrating app I have on my phone. They will not deliver the entire order and when you go to get help it non existent. They gas light you and tell you your satisfaction is their first priority but won’t refund you for the items they don’t deliver. Multiple times they have stolen money from me. I’m disabled and have to use delivery services and there’s is just the worst. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Their app is made to cause a very frustrating experience and will close without prompting and buttons aren’t clickable. Absolutely these guys should be sued.
It’s happened multiple times and the assistants will just close the conversation without any resolution.

If you don’t want to lose your money, DO NOT INSTALL THIS STUPID APP! They run a scam!
Stick to Uber eats and you should be fine.
Took a lot of messaging customer service
Within that 2 minutes, while stepping outside, the app tells me my order was cancelled. They also told me about 6 reasons why it might be cancelled. One was suspicious activity on my card (which I’ve had no problems the last couple orders). The other, I cancelled which I did not. The other was that I wasn’t there for the delivery, which I was at the meeting point within 2 minutes that the courier was on their way.
The only reason I suspect is that the courier cancelled the order and kept it. After many times of messaging Rappi, they kept ending the chat without giving me specific reason to why the order was cancelled, I finally got refunded. But seriously, it took about 15 times of them ending the chat after giving me multiple reasons why the order could be cancelled but no specific reason.
The app is decent generally. But just be aware, if the order is cancelled and you didn’t cancel it, stay on them about it.
Like I said, most likely the courier cancelled and kept the products but I wasn’t going to pay $162 USD and not get what I ordered. Rappi needs to be aware of these scammers taking people’s orders.
