Mindful App. Works for my young daughter
I have a daughter that has has challenges with anxiety and this app helps her to calm down a bit… helps her to be more mindful, to refocus her energies, etc… The updates seem to have really improved this app. I also like the new look of the app.mywisdom7

The text size issue is fixed now. With the rebuilt version of Spiritual me 2.0 the textfields use the default text size you have set in your device. Please give the new mindful meditation exercises a try. Peace - Team Spiritual Me
