Great app
Excellent app, easy to manage my account, see my activity history, register meter readings etc. Been using over 2 years with no issues.
One feature I love is the ability to switch on your phone’s torch from the meter reading section. It’s a very minor feature but it’s so useful when I’m in my dark meter cupboard. Props to whoever on the dev team thought to include it.Show lessWingnutSmells
Fantastic app works great
Top up whenever I need or want to fantastic just to be able to do that makes my routine better only thing missing is the ability to view what credit balance is on your meters live view or a kinda snapshot updated every ten mins be handy for when your away from your place over holiday season etcyoutuber2047
A mixed bag
Difficult to rate really, swapping to them was easy, the app is brilliant, but I sent them an email querying our bill two months ago to which I received an auto reply about being really busy but they will contact me as soon as possible, however nothing to date which I think is pretty poor! The app and ease of use is what is keeping me with them but that’ll wear thin if they don’t respond to emails!Show lessyolodebs
Best energy app
Switched to Ecotricity when we moved to our current house in April 2019, we used the “big” suppliers previously. The Ecotricity app is the best by a mile. Easy to give meter readings (we are waiting for our smart meter)
and everything is clear and easy to access. Love the ethics of the company and ok it’s tough with the price rises but would still rather give our money to a true green and vegan energy supplier.Show lessMeenCPFC
Best energy supplier!
Over the years I’ve had some terrible service from various energy suppliers. Ecotricity are hands down the best supplier I’ve ever used! Easy to record my actual gas & electricty usage each month, and pay for exactly what I’ve used, using the easy to follow and very handy app on my mobile phone. Regular text messages remind me to submit my readings, let me know when my bill is ready to view and remind me to pay! I also receive the occasional email updating me on what is going on in the world of utility billing, to keep me fully updated and in the loop. Thank you Ecotricity!! Amazing App
If only every bill I had to pay was as easy as this. This App is so sleek and fine tuned. It’s one or two clicks to do all; meter readings or pay.
Honestly it’s the main reason I’m with Ecotricity!
I was with them for a while, then moved house and just kept the supplier in the new place. OMG! What a mess. Estimates and paper bills. So went back to Ecotricity! I only do meter reading (soooo easy on the App) and then a few days later only pay for what I’ve used. They don’t keep my money on their account. I keep it on mine.

Fantastic provider and so easy to use.
I have been using Ecotricity for at least two years now and love it. I have a dual fuel device that shows you how much you have on your gas and electricity and how many days it lasts. Ecotricity very friendly team and easy App to use
Been using App now for a long time. Easy to submit reading and payment simple by card. Ecotricity will send gently reminders if you forget to pay. Great company great app great people. I joined them as they genuinely care about customers and the planet.harder to find a nickname

The Ecotricity app is great. Top up your meter from your phone, the meter gets the credit within minutes. So much easier than having to go to the post office with a card or key.PWill68
