1.0.2
February 3, 2016
This app has been updated by Apple to display the Apple Watch app icon. Changes: Increased font size Display fixes for iPhone 4/4s Warm up is now properly 5-5-3 rather than 5-5-5 Please rate and give feedback, I will never put in ads or popups asking you to rate the app. I developed this for my personal use, but if enough people are interested I will add more 5-3-1/BBB variations, or possibly the ability to build your own workout plan. I have another update coming in the near future that: Clarifies some confusion people have had with what the weights you are setting are (it's your one rep max) Allows you to undo a set by clicking on it again. Allows you to disable the second set of cardio (like squats on bench day) Thanks! Chris
