It is absurd to me that in order to make sure all the certificates in my app are up to date with newly purchased or with anything redeemed, that I have to continually log out and back in, and even delete and re-download the app. In the middle of a busy shift the last thing I have time for is to continually log out and back in to an app in order to ensure we are using certificates duplicate times, or to have to delete and re-download in order for new certificates to appear. After contacting customer support I was informed those are in fact necessary and required steps. That is not user friendly especially for this industry.
