A VPN That Doesn’t Play Games!
Having been through many other VPN providers who promise you speed and security but fail to deliver - I find TorGuard being a provider who is reliable, fast, and has integrity to what they say both in what they provide and principles they stand by. Sure, sometimes I get slow speeds - that is to be expected with the load on servers but this has been 2 occasions in three years. The team has been hard at work upgrading their services and servers. Nothing hidden and all straight up if you want an extra add on like a dedicated IP server or gaming server.
Overall… a great service, great support on any issues encountered with both the App and Desktop. I have used this on the phone, router and desktop. Thank you guys ! Keep up the good work!Show lessWowsiekgh

Love how simple it is to use with my iPhone. Use it in my windows laptop frequently as well. Customer for well over 5 years. Easy customer service when you need it too.RobK50
A bit useless because
TorGuard is a bit useless because when connected to it you can’t connect to certain sites such as Yelp or banking apps, etc. Further, you get tons of captcha challenges on sites, anything using cloudflare or Google. I have even gotten captcha challenges on Torguard’s own website when using TorGuard. Seriously??
I have another VPN supplied by my ISP that doesn’t do this at all so I know it’s a problem with Torguard.
Also, I paid extra for a dedicated IP yet I was told they actually are out of stock for dedicated IP’s near me. Seriously? What am I paying for?
The only thing TorGuard has going for it is it can use the Wireguard protocol versus OpenVPN which is not as efficient and on iOS uses more battery life.Show lessphototristan
Cracking service and support
I’m not normally the kind of guy to write a review, but the speed and quality of service TorGuard provides, especially for customer support, compelled me to contribute. I acknowledge that the need to step up from the basic product to a ‘streaming bundle’ if you want to stream content through the VPN, and to set up dedicated IP addresses to make it work, adds complexity to the pricing and set up. That might put off people who are less technically inclined (or just lazy!) - especially when, for other VPN services, this is all included and ready to go off the shelf. BUT - the customer support team could not have been more helpful in ‘hand holding’ me through the set up process (which really was very simple, and I’m a complete VPN newbie), and their response to me was lightning fast. What is more, the technical approach TorGuard uses to make the service work, while requiring two minutes extra to set up, actually gives the customer a far superior service anyway. Plus the new iOS app is really slick. I cannot recommend TorGuard highly enough!Show lesscasual_lounger

Works great, app could use a couple changes however
First of all, additional servers like dedicated streaming IPs are not automatically detected and added to the list like they are on AndroidTV. This would be great to see added.
Another thing is to allow favoriting additional IPs. If I set my view to favorite only to only show the IPs I want, the dedicated ones do not show up since I cannot favorite them.Show lessDriverdis

New interface is miles better but still a bit flaky when connecting. Open VPN options really need explanations against that as tool tips and Dedicated IP can be used for wire guard too. So close, but too much trouble with connection timesJaidaenX
