Can’t complete order because of missing required option
Trying to order a burger, the app says I must enter how I want my burger cooked but the screen menu does not provide a way to specify this information.
This is new, I was never asked for this information in the past. (I could never specify how I wanted it cooked even before, what’s new is the requirement to provide the information without adding a way to do it)Show lessPDR59
App has bugs
App won’t let me reorder my last order. When I select “Order this again”, there’s a message saying “Please make a selection for ‘Meat’” but then immediately returns to the previous screen.
So the only way to order is to start from scratch.
As another reviewer indicated, there is a frequent occurrence of missing items in my order. They’re always happy to correct the order and give me a voucher for next time but it’s frustrating and lengthens the time between orders.Show lessbeeps15

Really frustrating
I’ve tried to use the app no fewer than 5 times. It RARELY works unless all I want to do is get the number for the nearest SD and place an order over the phone. Hardly the point or an app.1970Calby
Poorest customer service
I have made more then 60 visits but when you go as one person waiters don’t really pay any attention on you . Just through food on your table and give you a bill even you don’t finish food yet . No Text Field or Options for Certain Customizations
The app is great but basic. It needs a field for “extra” or the ability to request extra condiments like ketchup, mustard, mayo, pickles etc.I'm Anonymous 3
Poor FollowThru
My order was incomplete though the ticket charged all of the original order. Moreover, the food was cold! And the fries were like cardboard.
The cake was turned sideways in the bag and therefore resembled trash.

Missing items from my order
I guess it was my fault for not checking before I left, but items were missing from my order. It was very disappointing, as this has happened before.ms_monnie
UNDER SEASONED X 2
Second time ordering the liver and both times it was very under seasoned. Just basic salt and it would have been close to what I get at the Fairfax location near work. Also the onions were not the thin caramelized onions that is the star of this dish. Big piece of onions were just BLAH. Buffalo wings had no kick. Almost like the sauce was just thrown on. A few minutes under the broiler to help the sauce stick would have helped. My order should have been ready in 15 minutes and it took over 40 minutes to come out. I may have to take the drive from Waldorf to Fairfax to have my expectations met.Show lessKimerlyRN
