Scam app
Put scam discount information but doesn’t delivery, mislead you order online. 为了让客户凑单，发布虚假打折信息，诱惑用户下单，但不送货，并经常送来腐烂过期蔬菜食物，垃圾网站，切勿受骗！
So many bugs!!!
I am surprised that this app has too many bugs! if the app dev can read this comment, pls review your search bar/ feature, ton of bugs there!
Unable to sign up
Went through registration but SMS text didn’t go through and then, when trying to log in it said I am already registered. App essentially trash if I can’t even sign up and sign in.

Difficult to find products
Unless the client knows the exact description, it’s very difficult to find the desired product. For example, chicken wings. If input 雞翼, the search is unknown. One must put in 雞中翼 instead. Very frustrating at times.
Can’t add to cart
For every product I attempt to add to cart I get “product is null.”
SMS verification not working
I can’t even sign up because SMS verification code doesn’t come through.
Something wrong with the payment system
After adding one credit card, i’m not abled to edit/ add any other card.
It keeps stuck in the same edit page, saying “操作成功”. Not able to close the page. I closed the app, the card was not there.
So I ended up buying stuff somewhere else

I like the physical store, but the app is practically useless. Can’t view the weekly ad even after pressing that button. Can’t click on the banners that keeps scrolling by.
At least the browser based version is still accessible.

You wont receive you order
They use uber for delivery. And they sent the wrong address to uber. Thats why sometime you received nothing. Still trying to get a refund from them.

Refund channel is a scam
They deliver to a different place and when you ask for a refund, the app ask you to submit a refund reason without a place for you to submit, and then you get stuck at the page and cannot get any refund.
Privacy
I dont think ppl read the privacy, there a no privacy rights, meaning your info. is sold to a different companies,as it states here you doing at your own risk ,lol, also all your information is sent to United States ….i live in the US, lol, it doesn’t sound that safe.
