Never updates

Stupid app says that I need to download the update and that it will not work without the update. When I click update now, all it does is bring you to the version I have already downloaded. So I delete app and download again. Guess what happens, the same frickin thing. It’s an infinite loop of incompetence.

Neat app

It what if you just want to run to the pool, car, etc. without your phone? You have to have your phone to get into the room.

When it works, it’s great

Used it for two stays at a hotel and both times issues arose. Once the app stopped responding the hotel staff could not reissue a new key to me. The second stay, the app updated and failed to work and again, the staff couldn’t reissue me a key. I couldn’t rely on it to get me into my room and/or other locations in the hotel. Hoping it improves and I’ll try it again on my next visit.

Not worth it

They do not have a tech support. I called a lady and she was smart with me saying it sounds like I have an issue and was very unprofessional. My card kept disabling and would check me out of the app

Good idea, bad execution

Hate carrying extra cards. Adds bulk. But this app is slow to work or doesn’t work at allwhen trying to unlock any room. If it worked seamlessly like apple pay, no problem. But it works half the time, and even during that half, it is VERY delayed.

Add Apple Watch app feature

It would be even better if you could add an Apple Watch app so users could use their watch to open their hotel door.
